Bushra Jesmin Trisha is an Assistant Professor and Chairman of the Department of English at Feni University in Bangladesh. She holds a Master of Arts in English from Comilla University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in English from the same institution. Bushra has a strong passion for English language learning and teaching, aiming to advance pedagogy and foster innovation as an EFL practitioner in Bangladesh. Her professional journey includes roles as a Lecturer at Feni University from August 2018 to December 2022 and at Khwaja Yunus Ali University from October 2016 to July 2018. Since January 2023, she has been leading the Department of English at Feni University, utilizing her academic knowledge and professional experience to make a meaningful impact in the field of English language education in Bangladesh.
